3. Intellectual Property and Consent

  • Respect for Rights: Ensure you have the right to use and share any images uploaded to our platform. Obtain consent before uploading images of people.

  • No Public Figures: Refrain from generating images of public figures, including celebrities and politicians.

  • Avoid Copyright Infringement: Do not use images that infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

  • Transparency: Always disclose the use of AI in your creations. Do not misrepresent AI-generated works as entirely human-made or as real photographs.

  • No Deceptive Practices: Avoid generating unsolicited or repetitive content, and do not use our platform for spam.
