Shipping policy
At UdoPaints, we treat every customer like a friend. Each order is prepared with care, checked by hand, and packed to arrive in perfect shape. Our studio processes orders Monday through Friday. Please allow one to three business days for us to prepare your package before it ships. We pause on weekends and public holidays, then pick up first thing the next business day. If you ever need a hand or special timing, email support@udopaints.com and we will do our best to make you happy.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Customs clearance may cause delays depending on your country’s import regulations. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

In some cases, orders may ship from one of our international warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

If your order is being delivered by your local postal service, your package may be delivered directly or held for pickup if you are unavailable at the time of delivery.
Processing Cut-Off Time
Our daily order processing cut-off time is 5 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address.
PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO Addresses
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
