At UdoPaints, a brand owned and operated by UDO LLC, we are fully committed to protecting our intellectual property, respecting the rights of others, and maintaining the originality and integrity of our brand and products. We operate transparently, lawfully, and responsibly as we deliver custom and AI-assisted Paint-by-Number kits to our global customers.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

The UdoPaints name, brand assets, designs, templates, product compositions, website content, and all related materials are the exclusive property of UDO LLC. While the UdoPaints brand name may not yet be registered as a trademark in all jurisdictions, full ownership and control are retained by UDO LLC under applicable intellectual property laws.

We are committed to preserving the distinctiveness and authenticity of our brand in all aspects of our operations.

2. Protection and Enforcement

Our brand, products, templates, designs, AI-generated artwork, and related digital assets are protected by applicable international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, trade dress, and unfair competition regulations.

We actively monitor, investigate, and enforce against any unauthorized use, misrepresentation, imitation, or infringement that could damage our reputation, cause confusion, or mislead consumers.

3. Use of Our Trademarks and Content

Unauthorized use of UdoPaints’ trademarks, logos, digital templates, AI-generated art, product names, kit designs, or any identifying elements is strictly prohibited. This includes:

  • Creating derivative or competing works based on our original designs

  • Misusing UdoPaints content in any way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or partnership

  • Republishing, redistributing, or reselling our unpainted templates or digital files

Parties wishing to request permission to use any of UdoPaints’ intellectual property must contact us directly at info@udopaints.com.

4. AI-Generated Content

UdoPaints leverages advanced AI technologies and proprietary design processes to assist in the creation of original artwork. All final designs offered by UdoPaints undergo human review and customization to ensure originality, quality, and compliance with applicable intellectual property standards.

We do not copy, reproduce, or replicate any existing copyrighted characters, brands, or franchises. Our designs are inspired by broad genre themes such as fantasy, fairytale, and heroic archetypes, while remaining unique and independently created.

5. Customer Content and Responsibility

Customers who upload personal photos or images for use in custom products must ensure they have full legal rights to use and share such content. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their uploaded materials:

  • Do not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights

  • Do not include celebrity likenesses, public figures, or copyrighted characters

  • Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations

UdoPaints reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if submitted content appears to violate intellectual property laws.

6. Intellectual Property Ownership of Finished Products

All UdoPaints digital templates, kit designs, and unpainted content remain the exclusive property of UDO LLC.

Customers are granted a personal-use license to receive, paint, and display the physical product purchased.

Customers are permitted to resell, gift, or display their own completed, hand-painted artwork. However, reproduction, duplication, or commercial use of UdoPaints' digital files, unpainted designs, templates, or kit contents without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that any content on the UdoPaints website infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may submit a report to info@udopaints.com. Please provide:

  • Your contact information

  • A description of the allegedly infringing content

  • Supporting documentation of your intellectual property rights

We take all reports seriously and will conduct a prompt investigation.

8. Assistance with Resolution

We are committed to resolving intellectual property concerns promptly, fairly, and professionally. When a valid infringement concern is raised, UdoPaints will review and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, suspension of orders, or further legal measures if necessary.

9. Legal Remedies

UDO LLC reserves all rights to pursue legal action against any individual or entity that unlawfully infringes upon our intellectual property. This may include seeking financial damages, injunctive relief, or any other remedies available under applicable laws.
