a. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to product availability, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

b. Payment Terms

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

  • Payments are subject to validation and authorization by your payment provider.

c. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for Custom Photo Kits and Imagine Kits may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Cancellations after this period may not be possible once production begins.

  • Approved cancellations may be subject to a 10 percent cancellation fee.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom Kits and Wonder Kits are made-to-order and are non-returnable except in cases of defects or errors caused by us.

  • Gallery Kits may be returned if unused, unopened, and in original packaging, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of UdoPaints or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. User-Generated Content

a. Submissions

By submitting any content (reviews, photos, videos, or other materials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce your content across any platform.

You confirm that you own the rights to any content you submit.

b. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes upon the rights of others.

Our total liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the total amount paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.
